Local guides sharing the bay we grew up on
Kotor Adventures began with a simple idea: that the best way to understand the Bay of Kotor is from above it — clipped onto a sunlit rock face, with the whole fjord opening up beneath your feet.
We're a small, locally run team of certified mountain guides who have spent years learning every ladder, ledge and lookout above Boka Bay. What started as weekends on the rock with friends became a calling: showing visitors the Montenegro we love, safely and unhurried.
Every tour is led personally, with professional equipment included and groups kept small. Whether it's your first time clipping into a via ferrata or you're a seasoned climber chasing a new line, we'll match the route to you — and make sure the only thing you have to think about is the view.
